Airport shut for civilian flights, trains cancelled

Another reason where cab rental agency is more reliable - Civilian flights cancelled at Airport, train cancellation on rise

Recently the refusal to take on civilian passengers on flights by airports due to bad weather and the cancellation of trains due to low number of passengers has given the people another reason to rely on cab rental agencies.

The Biju Patnaik Airport shut down for civilians on 12/10/'13 with the weather getting worse. Early in the day a Kolkata-Bhubaneswar Jet Airways had returned as it failed to land.

"The jet Airlines pilot failed to land due to poor visibility. We have suspended operations of all passenger flights for the day"  Sharad Kumar (airport director) told Times Of India. Sources said the flight actually came close to landing but decided to pull away as the visibility was much too low. Only two Indigo flights could leave the city, one to Bombay and another to New Delhi before flying operations were suspended.

Several dejected passengers lined up outside the counters for refunding their tickets. "Earlier, they said that morning flights won't be disturbed. However after reaching the airport we were told that all our flights were cancelled," said Siddharth S jagdev, who was to take a flight to Guwahati via Kolkata city with eight other people but ended up renting a cab at the last minute for the journey. "We are continuosly monitoring the situation. Service will depend on the weather," the airport director said. trains reaching Bhubaneswar registered very few passengers. The railways cancelled more than 28 express trains and 24 local passenger trains, on route to Puri or Bhubaneswar.

Due to inconsistencies in other modes of transport, the use of cab rental companies is popularizing with Bangalore in the lead. The people have found it to be less disappointing and less risky.
However not all cab rental agency are found to be good. Meru, Ola and TaxiForSure have found to switch to a customer paying more when supply of cabs is low. BIAL has selected Classic Cabs cab rental Bangalore to aid the people and corporates  replacing profit based cab agencies.

How Corporate rent a car service will help you from not being bitten by dogs

It has been known since a long time in India that Travel Point in Bangalore, who provide basic cab services in Bangalore, sent tourists all over the world.  An interesting item of news that has come up from the United States is that those tourists who visit Hollywood, get bitten by dogs more than it happens for the whites, which shows a very discriminatory trend among the police dogs in Los Angeles.

Corporate Rent a car providers in Bangalore, viz., Travel Point noticed this after reading a news item which was published in one of the leading dailies of America.  It alarmed them, and thenceforth, a word of caution was given to Indians, especially star aspirants, who wants to make their mark in Hollywood, and making a pilgrimage to Los Angeles, to be cautious about the police dogs of Los Angeles, as otherwise many of them will face unnecessary hospitalisation expenses.

Afro Americans and Latinos were also the favoured destination for the police dog's sharp teeth and powerful jaws.  This is no way connected to the Travel Point people who provide mainly cab service and corporate rent a car service in Bangalore mainly for Indians and not for any Afro Americans or Latinos.  So somehow Indians started taking the warning with less car and ended up many times in the plush hospitals of Los Angeles being bitten slightly by the powerful police dogs, tamed and trained by the ever efficient LAPD, police department personnel in Los Angeles.

Though it is well known fact that police use tear gas, batons, guns, water cannons etc even in Cities like Bangalore to deter terrorists and other mischief makers, police dog bites were the most terrible deterrent.  Many of the victims rushed to take cab service from Bangalore to escape urgently to other nearby cities like Chennai, or if the employers they work for did not provide them a corporate rent a car urgently and in times of extreme need.  This particular fact was checked and rechecked several times by leading newspapers before being reported in the vernacular and national dailies of every city.
